01About Cretack and these Terms

These Terms govern your use of Cretack. Product-specific terms shown before a purchase may also apply, but cannot remove rights that applicable law protects. Our Privacy Policy separately explains how information is handled; acknowledging that policy is not a general consent to marketing or every form of processing.
02Accounts and eligibility
Cretack's intended student audience includes learners of all ages. You must be authorised to use the payment method you select. Any permission required by applicable law also applies to purchases and use of the service.
You must be at least 18 years old to open a creator account.
Creators must be authorised to operate their business or act for the business they represent. To sell and receive payouts, creators must meet the applicable legal, identity-verification and payment-provider requirements for their payment arrangement. Opening a Cretack account does not itself guarantee payment approval.
Provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in credentials secure and use only accounts you are authorised to use. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. If acting for an organisation, you must have authority to act on its behalf.
Creators may invite students or grant access to a course. Receiving an invitation does not mean the recipient personally purchased a product or agreed to these Terms. Any required acceptance must happen through the appropriate account flow.
03Creators, products and Cretack's role
Creators supply their course content, product descriptions and teaching services. Cretack provides the platform, account and access tools, and integrated checkout and operational support. A listing should explain what is included, relevant requirements, the access period and any product-specific conditions.
Cretack currently operates in beta. Receiving payments through Cretack is available only to creators approved by Cretack; creating a creator account does not automatically enable that feature.
During this beta, Cretack uses Bachs to process integrated checkout payments and administers creator settlement and withdrawals manually. Creator refunds are arranged outside Cretack as described below; recording a refund case in Cretack does not itself transfer money.
04Prices and payments
Review the final amount, currency and any disclosed fees before authorising a payment. A provider or your bank may apply currency conversion or charges under its own terms. A quoted exchange rate or provisional earnings figure is not a guarantee of the eventual settlement amount.
Starting checkout or returning from a payment page does not alone establish successful payment. Access is granted when the platform confirms the applicable payment or other entitlement. If you were charged but cannot access a purchase, contact support with your order or provider reference; never send full payment credentials.
A creator may separately grant free access or record an offline payment. An offline payment record confirms what the creator recorded; it does not represent a payment processed or guaranteed by Cretack.
Unfinished checkouts. Where enabled and permitted by applicable law, Cretack may email you about the specific course or digital product whose checkout you started but did not finish. We use the email address associated with that checkout. A reminder is not confirmation of payment and does not reserve a price or give access to the product.
We send no more than two reminders for an unfinished checkout, then stop. The current reminder schedule sends one reminder: no earlier than two hours after checkout starts plus the creator's selected delay (at least one further hour), and only within the following seven-day reminder window. Timing may be later because eligibility is checked before sending. We currently limit reminders to one per email address in seven days across checkouts.
Reminders stop if payment is confirmed, access is granted, or you unsubscribe. Each reminder includes an unsubscribe link. You can also manage checkout reminders in your Cretack notification preferences. A genuinely new checkout may qualify again within these limits, but returning or starting another checkout does not undo an unsubscribe. This notice does not subscribe you to unrelated promotions or a creator's external mailing list. Our Privacy Policy explains the information used and your choices.
Creators are responsible for identifying, reporting and paying taxes that apply to their business and earnings, and for providing accurate tax information where required. Cretack does not provide tax advice. This does not remove any tax collection, withholding, reporting or payment duty that applicable law places on Rvysion LLC or a payment provider.
05Access and permitted use
Subject to the applicable product terms and your valid entitlement, you may use course materials for your own learning and download resources where the product allows it. Purchasing access does not transfer ownership of the content.
Do not share or resell account access, republish paid content, remove ownership notices, or distribute materials without the rights-holder's permission or a legal right to do so. Product-specific licences may permit additional uses.
Access duration and any expiry should be disclosed before purchase. These Terms do not promise lifetime access or permit the platform to disregard an access period already promised to a buyer. Refunds, disputes, expiry or an authorised access change may affect availability, subject to applicable law.
06Refunds, cancellation and payment problems
Creators are responsible for explaining their refund conditions and contact details to buyers before purchase, including any request deadlines. Contact the creator if these details are unclear. Cretack does not require a saved custom refund policy to publish a product or accept purchases during this beta.
A refund request does not by itself guarantee approval. Creators must honour the refund commitments made to their buyers; later changes must not retrospectively reduce a buyer's rights.
Creator refund policies operate alongside, not instead of, mandatory consumer rights. A creator's “no refunds” condition cannot exclude remedies that applicable law requires, including for misdescribed, defective or undelivered digital content.
Creators currently handle refund arrangements and reimbursements outside Cretack. Contact the creator using the support details on their store or product page, with your order reference and a description of the problem. If you cannot reach the creator, cannot find their contact details, or need help with platform access or a payment discrepancy, contact support@cretack.com.
Where available, Cretack's order/support tools can record a refund request, decision and completion evidence. Submitting or approving a request in Cretack does not itself transfer money. A request or approval is not confirmation that funds have reached you; timing and receipt depend on the reimbursement route and the relevant payment institutions. Do not share passwords, PINs, one-time codes or full card details in a refund request.
This operational arrangement does not remove any responsibility that applicable law places on Rvysion LLC, a creator or a payment provider.
A completed full refund may end access to the refunded product. A payment dispute may lead to temporary access restrictions while the dispute is reviewed. Contact support if you believe a restriction is incorrect.
07Creator responsibilities and content licence
Creators must have the rights needed to publish their materials and must provide accurate descriptions. They must not publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive or harmful material, or promise qualifications, jobs, income or other outcomes they cannot substantiate.
Creators retain ownership of their content. They grant Rvysion LLC a non-exclusive licence to host, store, reproduce, format and display that content only as needed to operate Cretack and deliver the product to authorised users, including through service providers. This is not a transfer of ownership or a licence to sell the content independently or train AI models on it.
Creators must use learner information only for authorised, lawful purposes, respect learners' choices and privacy rights, and properly authorise team access. Adding a student or importing contact details does not establish marketing consent.
08Reviews, feedback and external services
Submit truthful feedback and do not include confidential or unnecessary personal information. Permission to publish a review or testimonial is separate from submitting private feedback. Public contributions remain subject to applicable law and the permissions selected when submitted.
Courses may link to communities, external websites, video hosts or other services. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. Cretack does not guarantee the availability of a third-party service or the outcome of participation.
09Acceptable use and reporting problems
Do not use Cretack to commit fraud, impersonate others, distribute malware, harass people, infringe rights, bypass access restrictions or interfere with the service. Do not collect other users' information without authority.
Report security, content or intellectual-property concerns to support@cretack.com, explaining the relevant page or material and your concern. Do not send passwords, secret keys or unnecessary sensitive documents.
10Restrictions and account closure
We may restrict functionality or access where reasonably necessary to address security threats, unlawful activity, material misuse, payment disputes or a legal requirement. Where appropriate and lawful, we will explain the reason and give you a way to contact us about the decision. Urgent safety or legal concerns may require action without advance notice.
You may contact support about closing your account. Closure does not automatically cancel outstanding obligations, resolve disputes or require immediate deletion of legally necessary records. Consequences for purchases, creator content and earnings must be explained and handled consistently with applicable law and the relevant product and creator agreements.
Store owners can request store closure from Settings → Your data. Cretack reviews the request; unresolved refunds, disputes, earnings or withdrawal requests may need to be addressed before closure completes. Completed store closure stops new sales and publishing but does not, by itself, remove learners' existing course access or downloadable resources. If you also use Cretack as a learner, closing your store does not close your learner account or erase your own purchases.
You can request a store-data export before closure. Generated archives have a 48-hour download window and are temporary copies of store records, not a backup of every downloadable course file. Download a needed export before requesting closure. For personal-information requests beyond these tools, follow the Privacy Policy or contact support.
11Availability, learning outcomes and responsibility
We will use reasonable care and skill in operating Cretack. Creators remain responsible for their course content, descriptions and the services they promise. If a problem affects a purchase or access, contact the creator or Cretack as appropriate so it can be investigated and any applicable remedy considered.
Cretack is being developed and may occasionally be interrupted by maintenance, technical faults or third-party outages. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or a particular learning, employment or financial outcome. Course content is not automatically a substitute for individual professional advice.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer remedies.
12Disputes and changes to the Terms
If a problem arises, contact support@cretack.com so we can try to resolve it. This contact route does not remove any right to complain to a regulator or bring a claim through a legally available process.
When updated Terms are published, they will carry an effective date. Material changes will be notified appropriately, with renewed agreement where required. Changes must not be used to remove mandatory rights or retroactively rewrite the price or access period of an existing purchase.
